Ingredients
- 1 large egg white
- 1/2 cup plus 1 teaspoon water, divided
- 1/4 cup sugar, divided
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1 sprig thyme
- 1 1/2 oz cranberry juice
- 1 1/2 oz vodka
- 1/2 oz Fustini's Elderflower balsamic
- ice
- fresh cranberries for garnish

- Line a small plate with parchment. In a small bowl, mix egg white and 1 teaspoon of water until foamy. In another small bowl, place 1/4 cup of sugar. Dip the rosemary into the egg white to coat, then press the rosemary between two fingers to get rid of excess egg white. Toss in sugar, then shake to remove excess. Place on the prepared plate and let dry until crisp. (5 -8 hours)
- In a small pot, combine sage and remaining sugar and water. Bring to a boil and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Let cool 15 minutes, then discard sage spring.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine cranberry juice, vodka, balsamic, and 1/2 oz of sage syrup. Fill the shaker with ice, cover, and vigorously shake until the outside of the shaker is frosty, about 20 seconds.
- Strain into a martini glass and garnish with sugared rosemary and cranberries.
